BASF Spray Foam manufacturing sites are strategically placed across the United States including plants in Houston, TX, Wyandotte, MI, Orange, CA and Geismar, LA.

    • Field Support: Our field team visits jobsites and helps oversee product conversions and trials to support various applications.

    • Training: In-Person and/or Virtual – Insulation, Roofing and Equipment courses at our TTC in Houston, TX. These same classes are also offered virtually throughout the year. See the training schedule for more information.
    • E-Learning: Online portal only for BASF spray foam customers that is available 24/7 at your convenience. We offer a variety of courses that include spray foam safety, applications and other important SPF related topics.
    • Online Resource Center and Spray Portal: Two convenient ways to everything you need, including technical data, code compliance reports, product promotion, videos, training and troubleshooting content.

Applied as a liquid, this water-blown foam quickly expands to many times its original size, completely filling wall and roof cavities.  ENERTITE® easily seals difficult-to-reach areas such as corners and around pipes and wiring to create a seamless seal against air movement.

    WALLTITE®

    WALLTITE® is a closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation that creates a seamless, insulating air barrier to improve the energy efficiency, comfort and durability of homes and buildings.  Spray applied as a liquid, WALLTITE flows in and around difficult to reach areas, creating a airtight seal.

    SKYTITE®

    SKYTITE® high-performance roofing systems provide seamless, leak-free protection from the elements with some of the highest wind uplift and hail resistance ratings in the industry.
