Foundation and Under Slabs

When used as continuous insulation on the foundation wall, closed-cell spray foam provides occupant comfort by reducing interior temperature variations and reducing the potential for condensation on surfaces in the basement. Closed-cell spray foam can also be used as a continuous insulation under the concrete slab for a variety of benefits.

Start With A Solid Foundation

Exterior foundation insulation of both commercial and residential buildings can provide energy savings, a more uniformly conditioned space, and may also assist in providing a good base for the application of a liquid-applied waterproofing or damp-proofing material. When a spray foam and liquid-applied coating is used together, you create a seamless and fully adhered system unmatched by conventional systems.

In addition, WALLTITE® closed-cell spray foam (SPF), when applied to basement walls and under slab can help control entry of radon and other soil gases.
